I've beening teaching this child since last summer vacation. And now, I have to end it because of my getting started to prepare for the postgraduate entrance examinations.
As a 7, and now 8 year-old boy, he is so cute,clever and very quick-witted. Although there was a time he hated English so much, but after months of teaching, he became interested in English again, which makes me feel the perception of accomplishment.
We get along so well, I know how to draw his attention when he is absent-minded, and how to praise him when he got it right.
I would teach him some English songs, and even some Russian songs I have learned.
I would tell him some interesting stories he likes.
I would play fantastic games with him to help him remember the colors and the names of the body parts.
......
And also, his family are also very kind-hearted and generous. They would treat me the dinner when it was late in the afternoon, they would give me many fresh fruits when we were having the course. I feel like it is a destiny to bring me to the child and his family.
And now, I have to say goodbye to them. And I heard that they've already found another student to take my place. I feel very sad, so does the child, who keeps saying that he just wants me to be the teacher. Having a lot of wonderful memories, I really don't want to let it go. However, it's time to say goodbye!
