Just now, I attended the interview of applying for volunteer of the China Central-western Drug Issue International Scientific Seminar. Here is my English introduction about myself:
Good evening, everyone
It is really a great honor to be here for the interview. My name is Echo. I’m a junior, legal English major of the school of foreign language. I’m an energetic, passionate girl. I’m always willing to learn and improve myself. I like smiling, coz I think it’s the best card. For the past almost three years, I have learnt so much, not only my knowledge of English, but also the principles of conducting myself. Being an editor of our English newspaper—College Voice, I’ve learnt about communication skills, teamwork and the forever modesty of learning from others. Being a volunteer helping the bloodmobile for two months, I met many new people, which widens my experience of life. Through this, I become more composed to deal with others and more confident in expressing myself. And being an English tutor makes me more patient and sincere. It even reveals my potential to be a teacher. And I realize that as long as we tried our best, we’ll be paid off. Even if we fail, it is also a precious treasure in our life. We should enjoy our lives, both opportunities and difficulties, but not endure our lives. That’s why I’m here, seizing every opportunity. With my sincere smile and my hardworking, I will never give up.
